There are very minor creaks. - The propane heater is amazing, its quiet and heats so well in the winter. - I really love the look and functionality of aluminum kitchen unit and storage cupboards. - Easy to winterize. Bad: - The tires will need replacing soon (can discount the selling price for this). - Front brakes are nearing maintenance. Van has had regular maintenance and the transmission fluid was flushed and replaced at 60k miles. I'm the 2nd owner and did the complete conversion.
