One of a kind camper van. Meticulously cared for and built out. Small enough to fit in normal parking spaces but big enough for extended trips with a family or partner and dog. Setup to travel off the beaten path and camp off grid. Van currently has 40,500 miles. I purchased the van with 600 miles on it. Van has all of the options possible for the model year including factory swivel seats, XM radio, navigation, folding heated mirrors, factory tow hitch and wiring, etc. Van conversion includes: 3” OHV lift. Sumo springs and Bilstein rear shocks. Brand new BF Goodrich T/A KO2 tires. Molley rack for mounting traction boards or shovel and tools on the side of van. Van is insulated with havelock wool. All cabinetry is framed with extruded aluminum and mounted to the van body. Cabinets have push lock stainless steel marine hardware. Van has full Victron components (DC to DC, solar charge controller, battery monitor, low voltage cut off, smart shunt) and 200amp hours of heated battleborn lithium batteries. Zantrax Pro inverter with 110v outlets and pass through shore power. 200 watts of solar on the roof. Upgraded 300amp alternator. Propex HS2800 heater mounted with two ducts and with digital thermostat. Heater keeps van toasty in the winter. Remote relay for propane makes switching propane off and on a breeze. Propane is mounted in a sealed and vented box in the van garage. Carbon monoxide and flammable gas monitor hard wired and mounted in rear of van. Mounted 2 person bench seat was professionally installed and is reinforced through van frame with 1/4” welded aluminum plates that span the structural components of the van unibody. Power awning with lights and rear LED light (also wired to come on when in reverse). Full size bed with sofa position and custom mattress. 78” bed length. Custom front bed platform for front seats. Bed is made of drop stitch material and makes a nice bed platform for a kiddo. Insulated window inserts for winter camping. Water is currently a remote hook up with quick connect and a whale foot pump provides water to the sink. 12v Dometic freezer/fridge and domestic cooker hood. Fantastic fan with integrated cover is mounted up front and a domestic mini heki sky light (integrated bug screen and black out screen) is mounted in the back. This van has been a labor of love. It was built out with the best materials. It’s built to withstand the rigors of travel off paved roads and for four season use. I have a side business building out vans and have been doing so for the past 10 years. This is my personal van used for traveling with my family of three. We have taken this to the desert outside of Moab to rock climb and raft, to Ouray and Lake City in the winter to ice climb and to resorts to overnight camp and ski.
