Sold - 2002 VW Eurovan MV Weekender

Seller's Description

2002 VW Eurovan MV Weekender 2.8L V6 Currently 147,000 miles. We are the second owners. Bought it in 2017 w/116,000 mi on the odometer. Runs great, is great, love it.......don't really wanna sell it! However, it's a 3rd vehicle in our fleet and while we never used it for anything other than as an adventure mobile, the reality is the last 2 years we regrettably haven't even used it much for that. Consequently, it's probably time for someone else to enjoy her. So, here's the good > bad > ugly. Good ........most everything! Anything that's needed replacement & even much that hasn't, has been replaced/upgraded. Here are a few of the more notables that should be on anyone’s radar screen who is considering one of these vehicles - transmission/transmission cooler, brakes, water pump, timing chain, heater core/blower, wiring harnesses, starter, battery, shocks, etc..... Bad......very little! Presently, the only issue I'm aware of that may need to be addressed at some point in the future is the 'clock spring' sensor is beginning to show signs of wear as periodically the ABS/Brake light come on the dash. Currently, everything is functioning normally & it is just an unhappy sensor. Ugly.......a few scratches (see pics) as you would expect on a 22 yr. old vehicle along with a tiny bit of surface rust near the front wheel well that has materialized in the last year (see pics). This could/should be addressed this season while it simply requires a bit of surface sanding & touch-up paint or bed liner to resolve the emerging issue. Happy to answer any & all questions directly and honestly. The vehicle has nothing to hide and nor do we;-). Simply coming to realize we don't currently need a 3rd vehicle in our lives - particularly one that's driven 5,000 miles/yr. and stored for 5 months out of the year! *Clean Title *Current Registration *All Maintenance/Service Records Available (2017 - present) *Carfax Report Available Upon Request
