2012 Nissan NV 2500 HD High Top Camper Van Driven 151838 miles Automatic Transmission Exterior color : White Fuel Type: Gasoline 2 owners Clean Title Bed: The bed frame is steel square stock welded into the frame of the van. Very strong. The bed is almost as wide as full but a 5’7 in length. The mattress is 6 inches of memory foam. Sleeps 2. Storage: There is the large 3 section pantry over the cab. Mainly usable for food but also good for plastic plates, mugs, flatware, ect… There is a ton of storage under the bed. We’ve stored chairs, blankets, suitcases, clothes, ect… There is a small shelf for spices, kitchen supplies & misc. Stuff & plenty of space under the sink. The roof The roof has a built-in ladder. Up there, you’ll find the fan vent as well as the solar panel. There is also a roof rack installed in case you want to add more storage on top. Power There is a 100W solar panel on the roof and two batteries for storage. There are some issues with the electrical system in the living area. Owner can explain in more detail if you are interested in the van Privacy The van can be very private. It has sunshades for all windows. The curtains are made with blackout fabric to keep the light from coming in. Insulation The floor is rust sealed. The walls/door are rust sealed and packed with poly-iso foam board insulation, there are irregular spaces filled with custom cut cord and sealed with expanding spray foam. Above the insulation, there are furring strips and ship-lap paneling. The paneling is all hand sanded and sealed. The ceiling is fit with 2.5 inch poly - iso insulating board wrapped in linen between their supports. The supports are filled with spray foam insulation and covered in cedar strips.
