Sold - 2013 High Top Ford E350

Simple but functional camper for sale for $6,500, OBO! This van spent most of it's life in North Carolina, so it has very little rust, and is in great mechanical shape! I have had great adventures in this van, but I am now in need of something smaller, so I'm hoping to pass this on to someone else who will get the most out of it. Some details: - High top; the van ceiling is about 6'3" in height - Seats three, sleeps two comfortably, or six(?) uncomfortably - Cool bus door - Emergency escape hatch on the roof - MaxxAir fan installed - Walls insulated with Thinsulate - Floors have a layer of XPS insulation, then baltic birch plywood, then a vinyl flooring. - Furring strips of baltic birch plywood. - Backup camera not installed, but included. - Robust electrical system in place, with 200aH of Battleborn batteries chargeable via SEC1250UL 50 Amp battery charger from 120AC wall outlet. Also included but not installed is a DC-DC charger for charging from the alternator while driving. - Includes two large water jugs - Fits full size mattress, mattress included - Lot's of storage! I fit two bikes under the bed, and there is lots of additional storage over the drivers seat. - Gas mileage is not great as you might expect. I've seen 11.5 MPG list for 2103 Ford E350's, but I think the high top probably makes it a bit worse. - Pretty much brand new tires, probably less than 50 miles on them - I had planned to insulate the high top with Havelock wool, so I have three massive bags of it. I never got around to it, but you can have the wool if you want! I'd like to be up front about a couple issues this van has: - Sometimes the emergency roof hatch and the back door will leak a very small amount of water when it rains. It's just a small drip, and it doesn't happen often. I just put a towel down and it keeps anything else from getting wet - I am currently having trouble charging the Battleborn batteries. I can probably figure it out, but it is possible that they will need to be replaced if you want a "house" electrical system to work. Worst case, swapping in new batteries should be easy. - The engine light comes on occasionally. The last mechanic I asked about it said it wasn't an issue I'd be happy to answer any questions! This is an older van but it still has a lot of life and adventure left in it, and I'd love for it to go to a new owner who will make the most of it. Open to negotiation on price!
