Listed for $12,000 OBO and available for immediate sale is my wonderful custom 1992 Ford Mark III High Top Conversion Van.  BTW, the signs are magnetic and can be installed and removed in a split second. It has low mileage with it's original very dependable drivetrain including it's commercial grade 5.0 Liter Ford V8 Engine.  It's very sound mechanically and has a new rear axle and differential and all new brake components front and rear.  Also, it has a new AC Compressor and tires that are almost like new with very little mileage.  Van has been well maintained and it starts, idles and runs smoothly.  Just installed a new Optima Red Top Dry Cell Battery and have service and maintenance records to document what has been done to my van. It has comfortable captain's chairs and a rear bench seat that folds into a very comfortable bed.  There is beautiful real wood trim throughout the interior and it has individual cup holders for each passenger along with three coolers - two at the back and one in between the front seats.  It has storage comparts and magazine racks throughout the interior and has nice pull down shades for every window behind the front seats and nice custom aluminum wheels.  Has nice mood lighting along the ceiling from from the front to the back that provides nice illumination of the whole interior and I have a nice high quality indoor/outdoor cover for my van that with be included. Also, has a Weather Tech Rear Removable Step installed into the rear tow hitch and an Aluminum Ladder attached to the right rear door and a Spar Tire Cover attached to the left rear door.
