This custom van build was built and cared for with love! We are starting a family so it’s time to part ways and let the adventure continue! Van Model: 2019 Ford Transit Van 250 Extended High Roof (6 Cylinders 3.7L), FWD, ~15 MPG It has SO MUCH storage space- including six upper cabinets, a large cubby over the cab, six varying sized drawers under the two counters, two floor-level cubbies, shelving under the sink, a spacious closet, two bed “nightstands”, a cabinet on the back door, and a massive under bed (aka garage) storage that is about half the length of the van. There is ample and deep hardwood countertops on each side. The drivers-side counter has an open space underneath to be used as a desk and storage. The sink is built into the passenger-side counter overhanging the sliding door and can be covered with a wood slab that doubles as a cutting board. The sink faucet has a spray function and can rotate out of the van to act as a shower (great pressure too!) The fridge (ARB Fridge/Freezer Series II 50 Qt) is chest-style with a Bluetooth connection for the ARB app. It's on heavy drawer slides and fits snugly under the bed while not being used. The thing that sets this build apart from most is the spacious seating. The front area of the van has an L-shaped bench made of 4 separate boxes. Each box has ample space under the removable cushions and can be moved for cleaning, hosting, or to be used outdoors. Vinyl hard wood flooring in the front, rubber utility mat flooring in the "garage"/back storage. The custom fit 6 inch memory foam mattress and frame are just shy of full size in length. The bed is designed with two in mind with each side being fitted with a cubby for phones, books, drinks and more with built in outlets and a reading light. The "bedroom" also features a closet with hidden storage for safe keeping your important items and a rack for hangers. The van has more outlets than we knew what to do with. In the bedroom, over the counters, in the seating area, one for the cab, and even in the garage. The Xantrex ProWattSW 1000watt Inverter covers all of the house outlets when turned on via the under counter switch and two DC usb/car plug outlets cover the rest. The van is completely solar powered with 3 100watt Renogy panels wired in parallel with a Victron Energy Smart Solar MPPT 100 Volt 30 Amp Solar Charge Controller and two Battle Born LiFePO4 100AH Deep Cycle Batteries. We never had concerns with using power with this system, including charging laptops while working remotely full time. The overhead lights operate on dimmers and are split into “front” and “back” spaces to customize the mood. A Maxxair fan is found in the middle of the van and paired with the sliding side window, keeps the van feeling fresh and cool. Under the sink are two five gallon jerry cans, one for fresh water and one for grey water. Two additional five gallon jerry cans are included to be stored in the back when not needed. The sink is operated with a built in DC pump with a toggle on/off switch and has a pressurizer. Van features: back-up cam, dash cam with rear camera attached, bluetooth, a/c, heating, lane keeping assist, cruise control. This van has never been in any accidents with regular oil changes and brand new brakes. We will also include a uninstalled propane-powered heater and an optional 20lb propane tank.
