It as a full kitchen with a double sink plug it into an auxiliary water source or has a 6 gallon water tank with electric pump. four burner stove top with oven and 20 lbs propane tank installed underneath bus, I currently have the oven out of the bus but can be installed back in. (Mid project, due to move I am selling before finishing updates) Live edge red oak counter top with plenty of cabinet space and pantry slides out from underneath couch LED light bar over kitchen & LED lights with dimming and 3 color options in the main cabin. EUHOMY 12 Volt Car Refrigerator, 48QT(45L) Car Fridge Electric Cooler APP Control AC unit added to window, with aluminum frame. There’s no shaking it out, you could do pull ups on the frame if you wanted to. Perfectly placed & not causing blind spot on driver side. Does require shore power for use. 32in TV can stay tucked away on adjustable frame or easily stowed in closet memory foam couch that folds over into second bed Outdoor shower with tankless propane water heater needs water tank or garden hose I've ran it from a river if you have the right pump Also room inside for shower and tank if you wanted to go that route Tons of storage underneath bed (I have fit a full size whitewater raft and enough miscellaneous outdoor gear to last a summer in there) a place for cloths and to hang coats at foot of bed If that's not enough there is a storage deck on top of the bus (also a great place to sip a night cap) Electrical X2 Battle Born 100Amp hour lithium batteries with a Victron Energy Monitor system 200 watts of solar panels by Renogy with a 20A MPPT charge controller Freedom XC 2000watt inverter/charger with a 30 amp shore power inlet Orion-Tr smart 30A alternator charging system All electrical systems come with the manuals and a clear precise wiring diagram. DIY installed but with the guidance from the professionals at AM solar (a great resource and helpful customer service) Cons The awning is in rough shape it holds back most of the rain and still works great for shade No grey water tank but I have an adapter to hook up sewer line Holes left in floor to hold stands for table that I no longer have. This bus as been a tank mechanically and electrically. The batteries have never been drained, never thrown any fault codes that presented a problem or blown fuses. It works pretty well "off the grid" The batteries will need a charge after a couple days but if your driving it every couple of days then the alternator keeps the batteries juiced indefinitely. If your stationary for longer then that you'll need a generator ( included and stored under bed) or more solar/battery bank. OR BEST OFFER
