We are selling our 2021 RAM Promaster 2500 high-roof camper van. This van is fully built out and ready for adventure! We bought the van intending to live in it full-time. Shortly after purchasing it, we found our dream property and our plans pivoted. We are not using it as much as we’d like and now have plans to grow our family so we’ve decided to sell it. We are located in Valley Head, Alabama, and are willing to meet within a reasonable distance. We are about 2 hours from the Atlanta airport and 45 minutes from Chattanooga airport. We have a clean title in hand. There are no liens on the vehicle. The van has not been in any accidents. We love this van and it has been well-maintained! Her name is La Casita (the cute, little house in Spanish). Power: -400 watts of Renogy solar panels on the roof -Two 200Ah Core Series Deep Cycle Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery (400 Ah total) -Renogy 2000W 12V inverter -Option to hook up to shore power via a 15amp plug located on the outside of the van -DC to DC converter charges the batteries while you drive -Charging stations located throughout the van, including electrical sockets and USB Internet: We both work remotely and were able to work in remote areas with no service thanks to the high-performance Starlink satellite internet dish on the roof – we can assist in getting the account transferred to you. Kitchen: -12V mini fridge -3 burner propane stove & oven – we loved making pizzas on the road! -Food pantry and spice rack -Deep bar sink -Butcher block countertop with counter extension option -The propane tank is next to the mini fridge (under a seat) for easy access. We always kept the propane off (depressurized) when not in use. Water: -There is a 25 gallon fresh water tank located in the garage of the van -There is a 5-gallon gray water tank located under the van -A water pump connected to the freshwater tank brings water to the sink and shower -Outdoor shower with a propane hot water on-demand water heater -Includes a hose and filter for filling the fresh water tank -Includes pop-up shower tent for privacy when using the outdoor shower Flex Space: Both chairs (driver and passenger) can be swiveled to face the back The countertop extension and passenger swivel seat make a great workspace Flex space under the cabinets/behind the driver’s seat – we set up a pop-up table here when needed for work, put our dog’s bed there for sleeping at night, and sometimes used it as storage. Includes a Moonshade van awning that can be temporarily affixed to the outside of the van with suction cups to extend your shaded space. This came in handy while working and chilling in the desert. Factory Features: Bluetooth is available for calls and playing media from your phone Back up camera Cruise control AC and heat blow strong and work great 2-inch hitch for towing Airflow & Privacy: Hanging magnetized bug net for the sliding side door allows you to have the door open and receive fresh air while cooking or hanging out Maxx air fan helps to circulate air throughout the space with the option to draw air in or push it out Includes a propane heater and thermostat for cold winter nights Includes curtains and Rflectix suction-cupped window covers (for windshield and front windows) – we preferred the curtains for stealth and blackout effect. Other Features: Includes a high-end full-size IKEA mattress (less than 1 year old) Includes a lightweight extendable ladder that can be used to access the roof Brand new rear tires and alignment (within the past 3 months) Worth Noting: The lower side-view mirror (passenger side) has a crack from a wind storm. It has not affected our ability to use the mirror and can still be adjusted via the driver-side controls. The windshield has a chip from a rogue highway pebble – the crack has not spread and could be easily addressed to prevent it from doing so. The Maxx air fan sometimes has a slight squeak, depending on which way you’re pushing air. We’ve heard this can be rectified by disassembling the fan, cleaning it, and putting it back together again (YouTube videos are available). It hasn’t bothered us enough to try.
