AS IS- Mechanical issues- Starts

Hi, It drives, but one should be very careful. The engine is damaged, and I do believe it just may fall apart. Registered until end of July NO Passenger seat Wooden bed (can be taken out easily) and thick expensive carpet (can also be taken out easily) Will post photos later I put that it did not have AC or heat. It did have it before, and it worked really well, but it sat for a while, and the battery died. Since then the AC hasn’t turned back on, so I don’t know if the fan has stopped working or what the issue is. It might be an easy fix like a fuse? Maxx air fan works really well and has remote and cover Miles, so many miles Rust, so much rust… might be better for parts not sure. Maybe best for a mechanic? Or a tiny home that doesn’t drive though it’s drive able a small bit. I only drive it enough to keep the battery going as I don’t want to risk the engine falling apart more than I need to.
