Vehicle is in good condition, newer tires, good battery, 3.6L engine, runs well, has roof rack, 195460 mile. There is some MN rust as shown in the photos. This minivan camper with conversion kit has been the result of many design hours and revisions. It has allowed us to travel inexpensively, sleep comfortably, and prepare amazing meals along the way. The camper kit can be installed or removed in 15 minutes and does not require any vehicle modification and can be easily converted into a campervan and back into a 7 person minivan any time you want. Assembly is easy. 2 plywood bases get put in the van and the rest of the components get placed on top and locked in place with just a few screws. The left rear cabinet is on heavy duty glides and when pulled out gives an incredibly large kitchen and food prep area. This conversion kit has a flat sleeping area for one or two people, large kitchen area, a sink with on-demand water and a compressor fridge/freezer. The sink and fridge are powered off the vehicle, but we recommend running the fridge off a portable power station like a Jackery. This is a homebuilt unit. It has tons of storage for your gear. The design allows one or 2 people to sleep comfortably. Storage compartments are huge so we have fit the refrigerator/freezer, lawn chairs, portable grill, collapsible toilet, 10 gallons of fresh water, a fully stocked kitchen, food for a week, and all sorts of personal gear into the storage bins. We have used 4" memory foam tri-fold mattresses for very comfortable sleeping. There is space designed for a camping toilet behind driver's seat. We later added a connecting tent that worked extremely well for camping needs. Price comes with the 2012 van, 12 volt fridge/freezer, a 5 gallon water container for domestic water, and the campervan removable kit.
