King size bed, foot pump sink, built in stove, lots of modular storage 200W solar, battery, fridge negotiable separately New in 2024: rebuilt engine with new cylinder heads and gaskets, intake manifold, idle control valve, radiator and hose, spark plugs, timing chain, ignition coil, front shocks, parking brake, tires 2023: new brakes and rotors Owned and maintained by one family Premium sound system Power windows and door locks AC runs cold Basically, I had the engine partially rebuilt and it hasn’t run great since. Took it back to the shop a bunch of times and they say it’s fine. Oil pressure gauge flutters sometimes when idling (sending unit was replaced). Overheated one time recently and I stopped immediately, hasn’t happened again. Needs a new home with someone who has the patience and expertise to fix it.
