Seller's Description

2001 Ford E-350 XLT $22,000 124K Miles Private sale/ Clean title in hand Hello! Please read the entire ad and have your finances in order before reaching out. I will not respond to code requests or accept payment online. I purchased this van in December of 2023 with the intent to convert and resell. I build out campers as a full time hobby and have done several others. I recorded much of the build process to post on youtube and those videos can be found on my channel: Nate Bassett. You can also check out some of my other work on instagram @customoffgrid if you’d like. Since purchasing I’ve had the heater core and fuel injectors replaced, and an oil change done. I don’t have any maintenance records from the previous owner, but I’m confident in it’s mechanical condition that everything is good to go. Arizona emissions good through December 2025. I drove up to northern Idaho and back to Arizona for Christmas and it performed beautifully. I’ve put about 2,500 miles on it since purchasing. It also has new Falken Wildpeak all-terrain tires. Minor dings/scratches and undercarriage surface rust as you would expect from a vehicle of this age, but nothing to cause concern. **This is not a full height van.** The ceiling is about 5’8” in the center. Full size 6” foam mattress. The fiberglass flares provide an interior width of 6’7” for the bed. 200W Solar 2x100AH Lithium Batteries 300W Charge controller 1100W Inverter Dimable LED Lights 12V sink pump, camper fridge, vent fan Several 12V outlets Propane camp stove/oven 5 gallon fresh/ 5 gallon gray water No RV hookup No toilet (plenty of options on the market if you’re wanting one) Overhead cabinets above the bed and cab. Some storage space under the sink and stove. Closet space between bed and desk. Open “garage” space under bed. Butcher block countertops. Epoxy floor. Insulated with foam board and gap filler. If you have any questions and are a serious buyer, please reach out. I do have a hectic summer schedule, so please don’t ask to see it unless you’re ready to make a purchase, and I’ll do my best to coordinate a time to see it. I plan to get a walkthrough video up on youtube in the next week or two, so keep an eye out for that if it’s something you’re interested in. Thanks
