Seller's Description

This custom campervan is ready for your adventures! Super easy to drive, park and fit into any camping spot or parking lot you can find. Interior conversion has been 90% completed, and is a great canvas to add your personal touches. All necessary amenities are already installed so you can start camping right away. Van was purchased in 2019, and interior conversion was built in 2020. Van is a 2015 Ford Transit 250, Long Wheelbase, High Roof, Regular Length Body (not extended). Van has been maintained regularly and kept clean. No structural damage. Minor cosmetic blemishes as expected, but no mechanical issues. Clean title in hand, no lien on vehicle. Mileage when purchased in 2019: 138,000 mi. VIN: 1FTYR2XM6FKA29853 Engine: 3.7L V6 DOHC 24V (naturally aspirated gas) Full list of included improvements below. Additionally, there are a few parts that have not yet been installed on the van, but will be included when you take delivery of the van and are included in the price listed. Those are listed below as well. The van had a hydraulic wheelchair lift installed on the rear when I purchased the van. That was removed and replaced with a 2” receiver hitch. Van has been a great companion for adventures, and no major issues have been encountered. There is a slight vibration at highways speeds. Van has been taken to Ford to fix drivetrain recalls, and no issues were found by them. Tires were replaced with Falcon Wildpeak AT3W in 2022 and have less than 1,000 miles on them. I am simply ready to upgrade to a larger camping setup and hope to find a good home for this van. Hundreds of hours of blood, sweat, and tears went into this conversion, and I hope someone else can appreciate it like I have. Everything in van except roof A/C can be powered with the 12v system. Fridge is 120v and runs off of inverter. With intermittent sun, the van can be off grid indefinitely. In shade, the batteries will last about 3-4 days of running fridge, lights, 12v roof fan, and water pump. Shore power connection has been installed on passenger side of van for charging batteries and allowing for pass-through 120v power to inverter. For instance, in winter I keep a small space heater inside the van during storage to keep the water tanks from freezing, and this heater can be run when the van is plugged in to shore power through inverter. A separate shore power connection is installed to power the rooftop A/C. Van must be plugged in to shore power or generator to run A/C. With Soft Start already installed, A/C can run from 15A/20A circuit or with 2200W generator (not included).
