Seller's Description
This van has been an absolute money maker for me for the last 18 months but I moved to Florida and it's sitting in my brother's driveway and he doesn't want to take care of it anymore. This thing cash flowed ~$800/month (net income). This is set up with 2x 100W solar panels that run through a charge controller into a 200ah lithium battery. There is also a shore power charger as well with a 15amp & a 30 amp conversion piece. I've never had a renter or myself lose power while out on a trip. Insulation is sheep wool and completely aquaphobic so no need to worry about rotting behind the walls. All electrical systems are run through marine grade cables and fuse boxes. Extremely durable and high quality material. Storage is enough to fit everything everyone will need for a week long trip but I have definitely had people take it for longer. The mattress peices are custom fit and covered. Cleaned oh so regularly, and the 12V box is ready to be set up so you can fit a mini fridge in storage if you're so inclined. DC power is 1100W so you can run the coffee pot and charge your phone at the same time but I wouldn't run another heater with the coffee pot at the same time. The system is good but it's not a full sized RV. I would list this thing on Outdoorsy for about $100-$120/night and did great with it. Literally the only reason I'm selling it is because I already tried using a 3rd party manager and it was just too expensive and my family doesn't want to do the work with me.....and I don't want to take it out to Florida if I dont' have to.If it doesn't sell here I got a sister that'll gladly use it to fulfill her dream of dirtbagging it across America, but between you and me I don't want that to happen so price is negotiable... within reason please no low-balls. Text is best but I will just put you in touch with my brother. As far as maintenance, we have been extremely meticulous. All fluids are changed on a regular schedule. Oil every 3k miles (full synthetic), flush all the coolant every 10k, and transmission fluid at the 60k mark. Tires still have some beef on them and the alignment should be good to go. You could literally drive this away and start making money once you got the car registered.... or not make money at that point you do you! Again text is best.
