*Highly Motivated Seller* Hi, I've enjoyed the start of converting my 1996 Ford Econoline, insulating, sound deadening, painting the outside with raptor liner, laying flooring and carpet in the front. And now, life has me going in a different direction. Here are some main points to consider: -I will provide the receipts from all mechanical work completed since I purchased the van (May 2023) -I will include a 200 watt monocrystalline solar panel, sheeps wool insulation, rooftop fan, all in one diesel heater, bike rack, curtains, additional artificial grass and any other misc. things I had for the van that I can share with you. -The van is more equipped for urban van life vs. off-road van life -The van would also be great to just park and enjoy as an additional space -The drivers lock needs replaced - The differential needs replaced.
