2017 Dodge Promaster - Ready to Roll!

Hello! I am looking to sell my 2017 Dodge Promaster! I am very excited for this thing to find its new home. The Good: This van was purchased already converted. There is denim insulation in the walls, vinyl flooring, a metal tin roof that helps with weight, large drawers for storage, a sink with hand pump, one 7gal fresh water tank, one 7gal grey water tank, a 70L fridge that runs off a Goal Zero 400W, a 12V standard plug that also runs off of the Goal Zero, a rechargeable light that illuminates the whole van (runtime is 10hrs), one 200W solar panel, We Boost cellphone booster, memory foam bed (can sleep 5'10 sideways), garage storage, a magnetized Thule ladder, awning. There is not heat source at the moment other than a Mr. Buddy that I used sparingly! I found that my down comforter was more than enough for me granted I spent much of my time in the Southwest or Southern California for the winter. I took this van to a mechanic before I purchased it and they said everything was right as rain. It has a fresh oil change in it has of ~500 miles ago. The Bad: There are two things that are non-functioning on the van at the moment. 1). The sliding door does not slide from the outside. The previous owner says he could not resolve it himself but didn't mind opening it from the passenger side door and neither did I. 2). The window on the sliding door does not shut completely. The previous owner had put black tape on it to keep it shut, worked totally fine for me considering there are more windows and a fan in the van. In terms of the "bad" I am willing to take down the price for the cost of these repairs. I purchased this van relatively recently and it has been great for me! I took it from Taos, New Mexico to San Diego, California for work. On my way back to New Mexico I stopped at Joshua Tree, Zion, and Durango to give the wheels some more adventure. I am back in New Mexico working a new job that allows me to have a more stationary home. Such is life of combatting adventure versus practicality. I am willing to deliver it within reason and set up any walk throughs, FaceTimes, test drives etc.
