At Vancamper, we take several additional measures to ensure that sellers listing on our platform are who they say they are, as well as enforcing strict quality standards for listings too.
We do verify the e-mail address of sellers and review each listing which is added to the site. This may include (but is not limited to) performing additional background checks and verification steps as and when necessary.
In addition to checks done by our team, we also have technologies in place which monitor accounts for signs of fraudulent or suspicious activity. We also provide content moderation tools for our community, should you feel someone is using our platform inappropriately.
