The longest and tallest Ford Transit you can get, lots of counter space, a murphy bed, and full electrics, this is a cleaverly built van. Layout: Plans of the layout are included. There is a King Size Murphy Bed, however when folded down, part of it is under the cabinet, so functionally, it is a 48" x 80", created for a 6' 5" person. Comfortably sleeps two. When the bed is up, there is a ton of counter space. Also lots of storage space in the overhead cabinets and below the bed and counter space. There is room for an office chair (not included) and a TV/Monitor (Included) mounted on the wall that swings out to be viewed from the bed. Passenger seat swivels, driver seat does not. Refrigerator, Microwave, and Kit Toilet included. Ventalaton and Heat: One Maxxair Reversible Vent, one AC/Heater. Webasto heater connected to the gas tank, keeps it very warm and burns very little fuel. While not necessarily fully insulated for deep cold living, it is insulated and has been used in cold (20 degree) weather with no issues. Water: There is a 30 gallon fresh water tank that can drain either beneath the van or into a smaller tank (no grey/blank water tanks), as well as a sink with a pump.
