There are some finishing touches that you will need to make, which is a great opportunity to customize the van to your liking Van Morrison is a 2016 159" WB high roof ProMaster. The van gets around 15 MPG and is front wheel drive. Mileage is around 77k. CLEAN TITLE. I am the second owner of the van and I have had it for about 1.5 years (slowly working on build). The van has had regular maintenance and although it is not quite finished, has been on several great trips already. Electrical system in the van includes: -300W Renogy solar kit on roof -2000W 12V Pure Sine Wave inverter -2x 200Ah Deep Cycle AGM 12V Battery -12 Fridge/Freezer -Separate lighting controls over bed and living areas (dimmable controls) -12V and 110V charging ports near bed (USB and USB-C) Water system in van: -ShurFlo Pressurized accuulator -Class A Customs 21Gal Fresh water tank -12V Water pump -Sink/faucet with 7 gal grey water tank Please keep in mind that while all of this is installed in the van, the system is not completely set up/connected. Things can be easily moved around or finished as is. Kitchen: -Fridge/freezer combo (12V or 110V options) on sliding platform -Propane stove -Sink/faucet with 7 gal grey water tank Bedroom area: -Fits full size mattress (mattress included in sale) -Bunk windows at top and foot of bed (sliding bunk window at top of bed) -Maxxair fan over bed I am selling the van AS IS. Things that I recommend to be done are: -Cabinet faces and drawers (some already completed but not installed) -Water system finishes (connections need to be added) -Bench with toilet and storage behind driver seat -Paint, trim and touch ups through out -Hardware install (pulls) -Wall and door at front of bed for access to "garage"
