2019 Promaster Camper van (Tonka) - perfect for remote work

There are a lot of great vans out there. This van, lovingly called Tonka, is best suited for someone who wants to get out and adventure but also needs to remote work. It has all the necessities for comfortable living and is built around a comfortable full sized desk and 27” 4k monitor for work. I have spent many months working from this van and designed it to stay fully charged with Starlink, a monitor , and a computer running all day. We are selling just due to life changes - this van still has many adventures to go! We have meticulously taken care of Tonka and we did not cut any no corners during the building. We used rigid polyiso insulation in the floor, ceiling, and walls, and thinsulate in the beams. Every piece of wood is primed or painted so nothing will mold, which can be a problem in some builds. Every hole that was drilled was filed and primed so nothing will rust. Everything was built with 3/4” birch plywood, so it will hold up to rough backcountry roads. All the cabinets are custom made to fit the space and we used pocket screws to put everything together - many vans out there just use glue and finishing nails, which is fine if you are going to stay on paved roads. This van was built with rough roads and adventure in mind. We also added in some nice touches to keep it feeling cosy inside, including tongue and groove walls and ceiling that is all stained to bring warmth inside, beautiful Italian tile backsplash, and finished butcher block counter tops. We also used dimmable warm lighting (2700 kelvin) instead of bright blue lights so it feels cozy. Please let me know if you have any questions!
