LOTS of information so bear with me. The van was previously a school bus. Bought from a local school with extremely low miles. Now has 24K miles on it. Full service records, including recent complete brake overhaul and service/charge AC (with warranty). Runs flawless. Van has rear AC that works amazing. Tires have TONS of tread. This things is about near to perfect as you can get. In Texas its whole life so no rust. Details of the inside: very hight top (Im 6ft3in and can stand up in it) scraped oak flooring pallet wood paneling covering the walls (insulated) short queen sized bed with 10" cooling foam mattress very large dual zone fridge deep bar sink 2 burner propane stove 15 gal fresh water tank with pump on demand hot water heater mounted inside rear door for outdoor shower LED overhead lights 400 watts of solar panels mounted on roof Bluetti AC200Max "power system" 5 - 120 volt outlets room air conditioner/heat setup MaxxAir fan and fan cover mounted in "escape hatch" area cassette toilet stored under bed audio is covered by a bluetooth party speaker so you can also take it outside propane leak detector fire/co detector water leak detectors mounted near plumbing areas large storage area under bed (some accessible from inside/some from outside) awning mounted to passenger side TPMS system to monitor tire pressure receiver hitch/trailer wiring in back cargo rack in back with swing away system I left that whole passenger side open as I haven't decided what I want there. Couch, bench with storage, swivel seat?....tons of options. The power system works great. Even with zero power coming in.....it will run the van off grid for 3 days even using my air fryer. Even in winter there is enough sun that the solar panels keep the battery topped off.....so I dont see it ever running out. The room ac/heat system is powered by either shore power or generator. Although if you open those windows and turn on the MaxxAir fan you rarely need AC. Im sure Im forgetting alot. Its titled as a 2000 RAM 3500 Van so no registration or insurance issues common with a school bus. Absolutely willing to accommodate you. Want an inspection, sure.....its mint. Want picked up at the airport to drive it home.....fly into Houston and I will come get you. Want me to deliver.....I will drive it to you and fly home. Im retired so very flexible.
