Seller's Description

Hi Everyone! I am selling my Skoolie that I have had for 3 years now. She has made the trek from Florida to Connecticut, around New England, and from the Northeast to Texas to Colorado. During my last camping trip this summer, my coolant hose had a leak and my engine overheated. I have not had any repairs done as I have been intending on selling my bus after this past summer. She will need some love on the engine to drive again, or can be used as a stationary bus for an Air B&B or a home. She is currently parked in Erie, Colorado. Here’s the details: - 33 ft Skoolie with around 200,000 miles - 2006 International - Engine - DT466E - Transmission - Allison - Titled as a Motorhome - 70 gallon fresh water tank - 70 gallon grey water tank - Rigid foam insulated - 3 brand new tires, the rest are in good condition and have years left on them - Very little rust, in great condition - Brand new layer of paint on the walls KITCHEN - Butcher block counter tops - Beautiful blue cabinets with tons of storage - Under mount kitchen sink and faucet - Apartment sized refrigerator with additional storage above it - 3 burner stove & oven - Mason jar screw in storage - Built in Spice racks BEDROOM - Queen size bed platform with built in headboard - Huge storage space under the bed - Reading nook and/or pet bed next to queen sized platform - Turkish fabric cushions - Mini split heat/ac combination CLOSET - Large closet for storing - Built in shoe rack - Macrame closet curtain SHOWER - Epoxy indoor shower with a brass shower head - Propane tankless hot water heater - Outdoor shower as well - Campground sewer hookup for gray water drainage - Cream colored accordion door BATHROOM - Nature’s Head toilet - Have compost to give - Cream colored accordion door ELECTRIC - 2000w inverter generator - 30a RV shore power inlet with campground hookups - Solar Setup - 2 solar panels - 120 v inverter/DC Charger/MPPT Solar Charge Controler Combo - LiPho Battleborn Brand batteries in a 24v system with a 12v step dow converter - DC to DC charger (charges solar while you drive) - 110v combination outlets - Solar battery tender for solar and/or bus batteries (great for over the winter)
LIVING/DINING ROOM - Twin sized couch with custom mattress, storage underneath - Butcher block dining table with booth, Turkish fabric cushions ADDITIONAL - Backup camera - 3 brand new tires, other 3 are in great shape - Backup gas tank, diesel tank, and propane tank - Comes with Internet set up equipment for off-grid connection - Succulent garden in front - Sound system - Side door across from couch that when open, feels like sliding glass doors - 4ft pop up picnic table and chairs - 2 skylights in ceiling for star gazing or extra sunshine - 2 little fans in front for additional cooling I am asking for $25,000 OBO. With some work to the engine (may need a rebuild), or even swapping it out with a used engine, this bus would be worth $60k plus. It is a great investment, project, or home for its next owner.
