Seller's Description

This very special and unique labor of love was designed and built from scratch by me with functionality and the spirit of adventure in mind. It is a handicap shuttle conversion. Comes with a comfy and clean sofa on the floor that can be laid out to comfortably sleep two people or folded up for plenty of floor space to do yoga. The wood stove keeps the whole van nice and toasty and creates such a cozy atmosphere when it's chilly or cold outside. It requires very little wood which can be scavenged for anywhere you are parked, and the space below it is for storing wood if you want to stock up. There are lots of various storage spaces for clothes, tools, kitchen appliances, etc. The planters on the wall are great for fresh herbs or basic salad fixings, but could be removed for extra shelf space. There are curtains on every window and between the front seats and living space for privacy should you want it, or if left open there is almost a 360 degree window view of your surroundings if you're somewhere with a view. The sink and shower are gravity fed from the roof tank, and the water is solar heated. The solar-powered battery electric system provides more than enough 24-hour power for your off grid needs; it easily runs the refrigerator, lights, toaster, and charges computer or phone at the same time. The best cooking method for off grid is portable propane cooktop or a dutch oven on the wood stove. You will need to plug in to shore power to use the microwave. The vehicle itself is very reliable and smooth running. There are some mild scuffs on the paint but the underside of the vehicle is pristine! It has been very well maintained(I am a former Ferrari mechanic). The floor, walls, and ceiling have been insulated to keep the interior temperature comfortable. This van is a labor of love that I built from the ground up. It has a very high sentimental value to me and I am sad to see it go, but I know someone else is going to really appreciate the fruits of my labor, lying in bed by the fire at night and staring up through the skylight window at the stars above. You are going have so many amazing experiences in it, just as I did!
