Seller's Description

*Custom 2020 FORD Transit Connect Weekender or Full Time Van Life* *SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY* I have a 2020 Ford Transit Connect XLT completely CUSTOM converted van for sale! Purchased from a dealership BRAND NEW in November of 2020 and converted and customized in Ohio by February of 2021. The van is in great condition and has only had 2 drivers and I've only driven it locally. Purchased as an empty shell cargo van and on the exterior, solar panels, a 4-speed maxx air fan, the circular porthole window on the back driver side, and the square vented window with a screen on the passenger side sliding door were added. This van includes: -Running water (just flip the switch located by the stove/sink area) flowing into a gray water tank under the cabinet, -200 watt solar system on the roof with a battery isolator connected so the solar can charge while you are driving (I am nearly always at 100% when I check my Renogy app), -two 12v power plug/outlets -four USB plugs that can charge things directly off the solar (without the car being on, -bed to couch conversion -propane stove/sink combo -Dometic brand drawer fridge -porthole window, square window with vent/screen, -4-speed Maxx air fan for ventilation, - two storage drawers for clothes under the bed/couch area, -storage under the stove/sink, -storage for food items in open faced cabinet and “junk drawer” to the right of the stove/sink, -flip up table for more counter space, - storage area in the “garage”/rear of the vehicle. My favorite part about this van is that it is relatively stealth, and I have parked literally everywhere for the night with it. It gets great gas mileage (up to 24 city / 29 highway) and can be used as a commuter and/or daily driver. Van Specs: - 2020 White Ford Transit Connect XLT (completely custom, built by a friend) - Miles: About 34,000 - Adaptive Cruise Control & Blind Spot Monitoring - Pre-crash sensing (notification) - Large Screen that can connect to your phone - Bluetooth Radio - AM/FM & Sirius XM Capability - Capability for internet service through the car when it is turned on (separate charge setup through AT&T) - Alarm System (with inside sensors that I have blocked at this time since I live out of it) - Storage area above the driver/passenger seats - Remote Unlock with Key FOB - Tinted Windows - Hitch for towing (added to the vehicle – valued at $350) - Included will be a sun cover for the front windshield (I bought it separately) - Oil changes and vehicle inspections done at Ford dealerships (I have all the paperwork) Detailed Specs on the Conversion: - Spray foam insulation - Maxxair Fan w/ rainguard – 4-speed (powered off the solar) - Two 12v outlets - Four USB outlets - Overhead lighting – four dimmable warm puck lights mounted on the ceiling (powered on the ceiling) - Electrical area and fuse box in the rear underneath the bed (just lift up the cushions and unscrew the screws to access) - 2 burner stove & sink combo (stainless steel) - 4.25 pound (when empty) propane tank in rear (I have been traveling for eight months and have still not used all this propane) - 4-gallon fresh water tank under the “garage area” (rear of van in cabinent) -4 gallon gray (dirty) water tank under stove/sink cabinet - Water pump with switch for sink - Couch/bed conversion (pull out) - Storage drawers under couch/bed for clothes or other items - Flip up table for more counter space in kitchen area - Dometic drawer fridge (powered off the solar) - 200-watt solar panels from Renogy mounted on the roof - 200 amp hour battery and a 1,000-watt inverter - Battery isolator (so the solar will charge while driving in addition to charging from the sun) - Neutral painted custom cabinetry & tongue and groove pine on the walls and ceiling (sealed with a clear coat) - Butcher block countertops The bed (when converted from the couch) is 83” long by 27.5” wide (the cushions are very comfortable 3” foam). The fabric on the couch/bed is stain resistant. From the couch/bed to the ceiling paneling is 30". Without the cushion, the height from the wood bench to the ceiling panels is 30". Feel free to measure your torso to see if that will be a good fit for you/work for you. Ideal for 1 person but 2 have been known to squeeze in!
