Seller's Description

After 6 cross-country road trips & memories to last a lifetime, it's finally time to sell Anahata (Sanskrit for Heart) the conversion van I poured my heart and soul into. My 70lb wolf & I spent 2018-2021 traveling to some of the most remote places in the country in this converted ambulance. I used my background in commercial construction & as a licensed RV tech to custom build a van that has ALL the amenities of home. It was built using ONLY commercial-grade materials & built to survive anything thrown at it. *7.3L Turbocharged Diesel motor has enough power to climb ANY mountain with ease & hits top speeds of 90+ MPH on flat highway. *Custom 8" lift kit from WeldTec Designs can handle ANY off-road adventure & takes tight mountain curves fast without ever feeling top heavy. (One of my fav add-ons & needed after I added the custom tile work in the bathroom). *The lights, surround sound system, & TV are all controlled through bluetooth. *Backup camera & radar detector installed in cab. *Ample cabinet space throughout to securely store all your food, dishes, cookware, towels, & cleaning supplies. ***FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN*** -2 burner stove -fridge/freezer combo -3-in-1 microwave, air fryer, & convection oven -coffee pot -electric tea kettle -blender -toaster ***FULLY EQUIPPED BATHROOM*** -custom built shower pan -curved shower dam and rod used in hospitals (rod not pictured but included) -custom tile shower surround, tile floor, & aluminum trim built to handle the vibrations of off-roading -full-sized vanity w/ 2 doors & 2 drawers w/ soft closures -tempered glass vessel sink w/ cold and hot water lines -full-sized mirror behind the vanity -propane powered tankless hot water heater -self-contained toilet to keep your black water separate from your gray water tank (only been used once by a female friend on a snowboarding trip. It's been cleaned and sanitized since.) -2 Camco 36 gallon portable water tanks on wheels that hang on the ladder (not pictured but included. One is marked for fresh water and one marked for grey water.) The gray water conveniently rolls under the van & is easy to roll to the tree line when you need to dump it. **(I have pics of the whole bathroom build if you wanna see them)** ***Living Room/Bedroom*** -Couch converts into a full-sized bed -9 inch memory foam mattress that has been cut in half to fit -Smart Vizio TV on a full-motion/tilt TV mount -Custom alligator-like "leather" upholstery on the back of the couch & foam-filled couch arms -Grab bar on ceiling was used as my closet to hang clothes (a clamp to keeps my clothes from falling) -Several coat hooks throughout -Hooks to hang your snowboard/skis on the back wall *Window AC unit & fans inside * Propane heat for the winters *800 watts of solar (another 200 watts available) *8 AGM semi-truck batteries (H8's) *Batteries are also connected to my beefed-up alternator so the motor can be used as a backup generator if you're camping in the woods or it's a cloudy day *10,000 watt inverter is enough to power all the appliances & AC at the same time ***Everything under the hood is practically new*** Over the last 2 years (less than 10k miles) I have spent over $20k replacing the following w/ commercial heavy-duty fleet parts & have all the services records from fleet mechanics: -alternator -entire AC system -entire braking system including master cylinder & lines (front pads, rotors, bearings 2 weeks ago) -entire fuel systems including lines & injectors -vacuum pump -belts -fan blade -air filter housing -K&N filter -water pump -glow plugs -radiator & all hoses -heater core -thermostat -several sensors -fresh oil change 500 miles ago -All 8 batteries have been replaced within the last 6 months -I know I'm forgetting several other items on that list, but pretty much everything other than the motor & transmission is new (both the motor and transmission were serviced 2 years ago & ready for another 150-200k miles). I'm only selling her b/c I now have a house & my son living me full-time. My daily driver gave out on me & I need another to get him back and forth to school everyday. She's only been used 5 times for camping in the last 2 years (2 camping trips, 2 snowboarding trips, & 1 music festival). If you made it this far, chances are you're interested in buying it. I'm selling her ready-to-go with all the cookware, dishes, & camping gear I have inside. I'm listing her at $30,000 OBO. For an extra $5000 I will include brand new brake pads/drums on the rear, 200W of additional solar installed, a brand-new tankless hot water heater installed (the current one gets VERY hot & uncomfortable for smaller children), and any other minor requests you have. I'm open to vehicle trades, cash, and/or crypto. Located in Denver, CO but willing to deliver it anywhere in the US with a deposit a small delivery fee to cover fuel costs. Reach out to me w/ ANY questions. I look forward to helping you live your best life!!! ***$30,000 OBO***
