Seller's Description

Our Van was purchased as a used vehicle in February of 2020 before the world shut down. We are the second owners and the van has no history of accidents. CarFax & Original Window Sticker available on request - I will email it. We were never 'full time' campervan residents and converted with that in mind - we have used it for one cross country trip in 2020 and several east coast trips from the Northeast down to Southeast as well as short weekend trips here and there. When converting - we did convert in such a way that would leave it open for re-configuration later if we chose to do so. So the option to add your finishing touches is there! We are expecting our first baby in October 2022 hence why we are selling our beloved van. Mechanically there are no known issues with the van - we have serviced it religiously during our ownership. Think of it as glamping - but in a Van. That being said, the van is equipped with the follow amenities: * The Van has AC - the rear living compartment does not have any additional AC. * Not an AWD vehicle. * 2-burner Dometic gas stove-top + 1 gallon gas tank (we light it with a BBQ lighter - can also be hooked up to electric for igniting) * manual foot pump sink with 5 gallon fresh water & 5 gallon grey water tank underneath. * Dometic manual/portable toilet (we have had the toilet for less than a year and used only a couple of times, no #2's) * Custom made bug-screen/cargo cover at rear doors * Custom made rear window covers * A Short-Queen size memory foam mattress * MaxxAir Fan installed (we never installed solar, so we have only used this as a vent - if you install solar/power, this can be hooked up) * Sliding windows with bug screens on each side at the rear of the van * Slide out Cooler Drawer (we had a Yeti Tundra 35 that fit there perfectly) * We have been using wire cubicles with bins as clothing storage because we couldn't decide what kind of upper cabinets we wanted - again, just add your finishing touches! * LED Ceiling lights run on AAA batteries - more efficient that we thought they would be. * Rear brakes changes recently - front brakes will need changing in the near future * Tires will need changing in the near future (we were waiting until the current ones gave out to upgrade to something more rugged) * Insulated with 3M Thinsulate and Noico RED 150 mil car sound insulation * All wood paneling is cedar - antimicrobial & repels insects * The van does not have a shower - we used a shower bag that suited us fine. Feel free to ask questions as I am sure there are details I have forgotten to add!
