I bought this van brand new in 2018 with the intention of traveling the country in it and documenting local music scenes. I did the interior customization with a professional woodworker friend of mine and had the technical stuff like the security and entertainment systems done at Car Toys. By the time it was nearly finished, we were in the midst of COVID, so the timing just didn’t work out for me; thus, I have decided to sell it and move on. The van has about 99% of the components it needs to be fully functional, but the final step was connecting everything, which we never got to, so the downside is that you'd have to hook up the electrical and the sink and everything, but the upside is that it has literally never been used. The security system is Drone Mobile, which is a subscription-based service. I have about a year left on my account, which I would transfer to you at the time of purchase. It includes the standard open-door and tilt sensors, as well as a glass break sensor, GPS tracking, geofencing, battery monitoring, door and engine status, maintenance reminders, remote start, and full control and alerts from anywhere in the world with cell service via the mobile and/or watch app. Key fob controller also comes standard. The lights around the roof can be operated independently of the security system, but they are tied into it, so you can set them to turn on if the alarm gets triggered. You can also switch them off so the security system doesn’t activate them. There is an Owl car cam with front-facing and interior recording, cloud uploading, motion and tilt sensors, and an outward-facing blinking green light. The van is also wired for cameras to record in 360° to an included local hard drive (I was planning on spending a lot of nights around music venues in big cities). The entertainment system features a large touch-screen display in the dash with backup camera, bluetooth connectivity, aux input, and a fully custom Focal sound system (nothing stock), including two additional speakers at the top inside of the back doors for full-van audio. There is a small subwoofer under the driver’s seat. It’s not going to rattle anyone’s windows, but it does a great job of filling out the sound. In the back, there is a 50" pull-down projector screen mounted on the ceiling, just behind the front seats, and space to mount a mini projector. The back of the van has tons of custom storage in addition to the standard over-cab compartment. Two bench-style seats run along the sides from the opening of the cargo door all the way to the back. The table rests between the two bench seats to form the bed surface, and has two removable legs which have their own dedicated storage area, and insert into bases mounted on the bottom of the table and the raised floor. Under the raised floor, there is a drawer for general storage which pulls out from the back, and a custom slide-out guitar case which fits an electric Fender bass and an electric Fender guitar and slides out from the front. The seating surfaces pull up on piano hinges for spacious full-length under-seat storage. There are full-length back rests with built-in cabinets, and classic-style upper cabinets with swing-up doors supported by pneumatic struts. Each cabinet locks for added security and has its own battery-powered, push-button LED light strip. There is room between the cabinets and ceiling, as well as in the runners beneath each upper cabinet, for recessed strip lights, allowing for a ceiling and walls washed in ample indirect light of your design. Four custom, unupholstered foam pieces form the bed and the seat/back rest cushions. They are the perfect size and shape, but will need to be upholstered for consistent use. On the roof, four 100-watt, 12-volt, monocrystalline Renogy solar panels, a WeBoost cell antenna, a WiFiRanger WiFi antenna, a Maxxair fan in the front, and a smaller powered fan in the back. The solar panels are ready to charge three included 100-amp-hour deep-cycle lithium-iron phosphate Renogy batteries through a 40-amp MPPT Renogy Rover solar charge controller and power several AC, DC, and USB outlets around the van through a 1500 watt average, 3000 watt peak pure sine wave Power TechOn inverter with three inbuilt AC outlets. There is also a 12-volt, 140-amp dual battery KeyLine isolator (generator) in place. Once connected, it will charge the batteries while you drive so you don't have to rely solely on the sun for your power. The limo-tinted rear side sliding windows allow for passive airflow and a lateral view from the back of the van. Custom window covers attach magnetically to the sealed iron (non-rusting) side window frames and to the steel of the back doors for insulation and privacy. The sliding door window and back windows are fixed with metal grates for added protection and security. The kitchenette features room for the included cooktop, ample storage space for food and cooking/cleaning supplies, a covered-top stainless steel Dometic sink with fold-down faucet, a powered water pump, six gallons of water storage, and drainage out the bottom of the van (routed through pre-existing openings so no new holes were made). In the backsplash area, there is a 48"x28"x2" backlit, 5-line marquee. This can be replaced with a full-size CRL T-Vent window, which comes new in-box with the van. Above that is another cabinet with sliding doors. Under the sink, there is a dedicated compartment for the included self-contained, flushing cassette toilet. From under the bench on the passenger side pulls out a Dometic CFX portable electric cooler/refrigerator/freezer. The floor, walls, and ceiling are sound-deadened with Rattletrap and fully insulated for maximum energy conservation and temperature control. The floor is supported by a 1-inch plywood subfloor, insulated with R-5 foam insulation board, and finished with Shaw Primavera vinyl plank flooring. The van features tow/haul functionality and includes an aftermarket class 3, 2-inch-receiver trailer hitch rated for 5,000 lbs. At time of listing, the odometer reads just under 20,000 miles. The undercarriage is spray-coated to prevent rust and corrosion. The battery was replaced recently. The oil has been changed on time every time, and there have been no issues under the hood. I own the van outright, the registration is up-to-date, and the title is clean. In the interest of full disclosure, the van was involved in one accident. However, the only damage sustained was to the body and was fully repaired. This incident occurred before the build took place, so the interior is completely unaffected. Records available upon request. The price is a firm $62,500, however, if payment is received within one week of our first contact, you may choose between either a price drop of $1,500, or free driven delivery of the van anywhere in the lower 48 States!
