Seller's Description

Used as an incredibly reliable travel and documentary filmmaking van, but as we return to city living, we're ready to sell. Perfect for a comfy tiny-house, or for adventurous folks like us! Great newer solar battery, new car battery, up-to-date on everything, fold-out second bed, and powerful van. Odometer is at 66K, priced to sell. Electrical: - 400 Watts of Solar (4 Renogy 100 Watt 12 Volt Monocrystalline Solar Panels) - 400 Amp Hours Battery capacity (4 Duracell Platinum AGM RV 12 Volt 105 ah) - 3000 Watt Inverter/Charger (Xantrex Freedom SW 3012) - Renogy MPPT40CC Solar Charge Controller - Xantrex Xanbus System Control Panel - Meter MT-S Solar Control Panel - Progressive Dynamics Breaker/Fuse Box - Exterior Shore Power Plug - Ample 12V and 120V outlets Plumbing: - Pentair Shurflo 4008 RV Revolution Water Pump - Bosch Tronic 3000T Water Heater (2 Gallon) - Hot + Cold Kitchen Sink - Outdoor Shower (Hot + Cold) - 5 Gallon Luggable Loo Portable Toilet - 20 Gallon Fresh Water Tank - 7 Gallon Grey Water Tank HVAC: - 2 Fan-Tastic Vent Fans - Whynter Elite 12,000 BTU Dual Hose Digital Portable Air Conditioner - 12 Volt Diesel Heater **see note below** **We found that the Diesel Heater was not a necessity as the van provided plenty of insulation. To avoid damage to the fuel lines due to stagnant fuel, we decided to remove them and drain the 5 Gallon tank. The heater, tank, and fuel pump will come with the van, however, if you plan to utilize this amenity, new fuel lines will need to be connected.** Misc. Amenities: - Frigidaire Microwave Oven - Frigidaire Compact Refrigerator - Gas One Portable Butane Single Burner Stove - Pioneer MVH - X560BT Digital Media Receiver/Stereo - 4 Harman Infinity Speakers (Built-In) - 24 Inch Insignia Smart TV - The Crossbow 5G X-Polarized, High Gain, Uni-directional Antenna - Exterior Antenna Jack Note: minor scuffing on the side. Doesn't affect functionality, but we're happy to do a video call and give as much info as is needed in messages. What sets this van apart: - One of the most important aspects of traveling and/or living in a campervan is that you can park virtually anywhere. If you plan on staying at campgrounds, having the ability to fit in the majority of sites greatly broadens your options. The downside is that you usually have limited living/storage space when compared to a standard RV/travel trailer. Cave Girl is the best of both worlds. She is small enough and easy to maneuver into any standard parking space/campground site, but also one of the largest vans on the market with the extended chassis and high roof. This also allowed the build to include ample storage space and 6' 2'' of head room. - The 400 Watts of Solar, 400 AH battery bank, and 3000 Watt Inverter/Charger provides more than enough power if you choose to stay off-grid. - We found that having 2 roof fans allows you to regulate the temperature perfectly in virtually any climate. They are 12 Volt and use minimal power, so if you don't have access to shore power/the ability to use the air conditioner, you can still stay cool in the summer heat. - If you would like to have internet access in rural areas (working remotely, watching Netflix, etc.), having a MIMO antenna is a must (Crossbow antenna is built into the van). We travelled to over 30 National Parks across the country and rarely went without internet access - even in very remote campsites where our neighbors were without service. Additionally, we have a STARLINK that's added to the van for free! We hope this provides a clear and thorough description of the van. Feel free to contact us for more info - we're happy to answer any questions!
