Seller's Description

It’s come time to sell my pride and joy, my transit camper van, that I put a part of my soul into. I have had some of the best times of my life in this van but life has me moving on to new things. This van is turn key ready to drive anywhere in the country right now. Absolutely zero mechanical issues. Great tread on Falcon Wild Peak A/T tires, making dirt roads a breeze. Oil has been changed religiously with full synthetic. I would not hesitate to drive this van from Alaska to Patagonia. Everything works perfect. There are a few dings on the outside but nothing major. I built this van myself and I have a solid back ground in electrical work and carpentry. It doesn’t have everything that the new hundred thousand dollar camper vans have but it’s practical, and has everything I needed plus room for personalization. Now for the bells and whistles: Cab: -Drivers seat and passenger seat with dividing wall/door behind for maximum privacy. -Back up camera -Overhead storage shelves -Auxiliary port -Aftermarket speakers -V6 3.5 L Turbo (makes mountain passes a cake walk and keeps gas mileage decent with a 16.4 average) These engines are known for going to 300k with no problem unlike their dodge counterparts. Kitchen: -Butcher block countertop -Stainless steel steel sink with foot pump -12 gallon water storage -Lots of pull out shelving and drawers for food storage and dishes -Easy access to water tanks from inside and outside of van -2 seater booth dinette with folding table -Cabinet where I stored my trash can and cooler (I was going to install a pull out refrigerator and have the space already wired for it but never got around to it. Plenty of solar and battery to add one in.) -Un-mounted 2 burner Coleman propane stove(this allowed me to have cooking space when I wanted to cook and counter space when I wanted a counter) -Nice kitchen window for views and air flow while you cook. Floor: -Kilmat rattle trap (whole van has it) -Silverboard styrofoam insulation -1/2 plywood -Vinyl flooring Living area / Walls: -Framed with 1x2 slats -3M thinsulate insulation. A lot of it. -Knotty Pine tongue and groove (for that cozy cabin vibe) -Soft Warm LED lights that also turn blue when you touch them (Makes for some chill night vibes) -MaxAir Fan with speed settings, auto cool, and remote controller. -2 DC charging ports in wall cubby shelf next to bed. -2 AC outlets next to dinette -2 False bottom secret storage areas for securing valuables. -8” thick / 73” long full sized memory foam tri-folding mattress. I’m 6 foot and it fits me well. (The bed slides in and out to have sleeping mode and couch mode. This makes the van much more spacious than others I’ve seen.) Outside of Van: -Ladder on back of the van -Rooftop deck that’s perfect for photography and sunset/star gazing. -Fairly new Falken Wild Peak all terrain tires. You won’t need tires for a good long while. -Tow hitch -Orange and green stripe (pretty sure it adds 3 horsepower?) Electrical: -(2)100 Watt Renogy solar panels.(been more than enough for me) -100 AH Lithium Smart battery with Bluetooth -1000 Watt Pure Sine inverter with an extra 2 AC outlets (4 total in van) -DC - DC charger from alternator to house battery in case there’s no sun (It’s wired almost all the way, just needs one part to be fully functional. I’ve never ran out of solar charge and never needed to use it so I never did get around to it finishing it) -Renogy charge controller -Deep blue marine fuse box -Kill switch for solar and for battery Trunk (Garage): -Ample space for storing all your adventure gear -Built in fold up table for outdoor cooking on a nice day. I live pretty remote outside of Hood River, OR and calls sometimes don’t go through but if you leave a message I can get back to you. Texts are always the best way to contact me. If you would like more pictures/videos of the van or if you’d like to FaceTime to see it live and get a full tour feel free to ask! 9 two eight 4 eight six 3 five six zero ⁃ Scott
